TABAK Consulting GmbH operates an internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) of July 2, 2023. Through this reporting office, reports of possible violations of law or internal policies can be submitted confidentially and securely.

Reports can also be submitted anonymously. The identity of whistleblowers will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected from reprisals under the HinSchG. This includes dismissals, warnings, transfers, or other disadvantageous measures. Retaliation against whistleblowers is prohibited and will be pursued rigorously.
